If your complaint is about Cbtf and not about this site, use the operator's alternative dispute resolution (ADR) route. For Indian players Cbtf points to independent arbitration in Curaçao, where the exchange is licensed, and to CEG (Central Dispute Resolution) for exchange disputes. These bodies answer in English and give a non-binding opinion within 30 to 90 days. For UK readers who use Cbtf abroad, IBAS and eCOGRA offer the same service — our Terms page lists their current web addresses.
Complaints about this site go to editors@cbtf.bet with the subject line 'Complaint' and the URL of the page in the body. Tell us what is wrong, when you noticed it, and what you want us to do — correct a number, add a disclaimer, remove the page. Keep it factual; we will not act on 'you are too positive' or 'you are too negative' unless you point to a specific sentence we got wrong.
We acknowledge every complaint within two business days. We investigate within seven days — longer if the page involves a Cbtf product we need to test again. We reply with a decision: either we agree and fix the page, we disagree and tell you why, or we need more information from you. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can escalate to the Indian Press Council or to IPSO in the UK.
On our own pages we can correct a factual error, add a disclaimer, update a number, or take the page down. We cannot force Cbtf to pay you a bonus, release a withdrawal, or reopen a closed account — those are the operator's calls, not ours. Where your complaint is really about Cbtf, we will tell you so and point you to the ADR bodies in the first section of this page.
